I placed an order for a car part on Mech Deals website on January *, ****. However, I haven't received the ordered item yet. The company contacted me to inform that the product is unavailable and requested cancellation, but unfortunately, the option to cancel is not available on their platform. Despite numerous attempts through phone calls and emails, I have not been able to reach them.
