On May *th ive placed an order (Order ID: #******) from https://footballmonk.in this website. There havent been any updates regarding order so i tried contacting them through their customer support. And for * weeks they have been saying the order will get delivered in * days, which never happened. they continued the same story with the refund process as well. Once they say refund has been accepted please wait *-* days, once they say the product only will get dispatched today itself. Its almost been a month now.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
