Airtel DTH - Package not activted as per the offer gvn by the customer executive

On ** jan I received a call from airtel dth customer executive they offer me a pakage of *** in which they provide me starplus sony zeetv colourtv star sports *, * discovery zee news aj tk etc for ** days. I recharge with *** but my pack still not activated I complaint against this on ** jan but till now it's not resolved.। All time executive call me and sd different different words and excuses.।। I don't knw what I do.। I fill like cheated with airtel dth.। Pls resolve my problem
