We placed an order for a dress through an online shopping website named DoraVastra.com and completed the payment via UPI. However, the order has not been delivered, and there is no option available on the website to track the shipment. Additionally, the contact number provided by the seller is switched off.
Given these circumstances, we suspect this may be a fraudulent transaction and request appropriate action.
