Akash Ganga Courier Limited - Package no delivered

Iam writing this email because your franchise has caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration.

Firstly, they are always extremely late in delivering parcels. Sometimes delivery takes almost a month. However, this time they have crossed all limits. One of my couriers was dispatched from Delhi two weeks ago, and despite repeatedly calling them for the past several days and informing them that I urgently need my parcel, there has been no proper response.

Today, after such a long delay, they told me that they would send the parcel by vehicle and that I should pay ₹*** as transport charges there.

Please tell me, if the delivery charges have already been paid at the time of booking, why should I pay additional charges again? Is it not their responsibility to deliver the parcel to the address mentioned on it, or am I expected to go somewhere else to collect it myself?

I am writing this email to formally raise this complaint. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to take it further to the consumer court. I am very disappointed with this courier service, especially when other courier companies deliver parcels within *–* days.
