Compify - Package never sent

I paid for a keyboard as per the instructions on the website. UPI payment which we forward a screenshot of to info@compify.in. For a week they respond on Whatsapp before going completely dark. After a month I started posting reviews online post which they engaged me on email once, before proceeding to ignore me again. It has now been more than * weeks with no response. They ignore calls and Whatsapp on all three listed numbers and both listed email accounts.
