Casewale - Package never dispatched from the brand warehouse

I had ordered a Silicone iPhone ** case from casewale.com on **th November **** and received an email as-well-as a confirmation call which mentioned that I will have the product delivered to me within ** days.
It’s *th December today, and I have already written * emails and placed * calls to their customer service and every time I am ensured that they will ship my product in a day or two and share the shipping details. However, no such gesture has been made by the brand and neither have I received a reply to my previous email.
