Order ID: ****. Non-delivery of paid order + refusal to refund The seller's checkout page promised delivery in *–* days. Delivery was not made within the promised period; an attempt was made on Day * (** March ****), by which time I had vacated the delivery address. On ** March ****, the seller admitted the delay was due to his own "technical issues," accepted fault in writing via WhatsApp, and promised a refund within *–** days. I provided my payment details in reliance on this promise. The seller subsequently reversed this commitment and demanded that I arrange the return of goods I never received, totally unfair request. The seller's website carries an illegal "No Returns. No Refunds. Only Exchange" policy and a "No Cancellations" clause — both void under the Consumer Protection Act, ****, and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, ****.
