My Protien - Package neither dispatched nor refunded

I have ordered protein on My Protein *,*kgX* and a sipper on **th January, ****.
However, the sipper was delivered but the protein was not dispatched for more than a week. I have request cancellation on **th February, **** and their customer support asked to wait for *-* days to get refund.
It has been more than that and I haven't received any refund. I have contacted their customer service and they again said the same thing that they again initiated cancellation and it will take *-* days.
I have asked them to send their written confirmation over email and their support ambassador deliberately ended the chat without giving me proper resolution.
