ST COURIER Pvt Ltd - Package missing

I have booked * boxes from Chennai to Bihar in the month of Aug **** and paid approx *k. after * months I started checking with a guy who took my parcel and he blocked me everywhere. I called multiple time to customer care but no proper respose. my friend also met the manager and CSR and they were unable to trace one box from two boxes, after almost * months, we were running from pillar to post but no response. at last resort, I took one parcel as they were not sending to my address neither having any update on missing boxes.
