DRS group Agarwal packers movers - Package missing not deliver on time

We have received my Partial goods( * Item is Missing- PKG no-** -* Plastic chair) today on **th Apr-**** at Dombivali Mumbai . it was shipped on **th Apr-**** from Noida.
but you have committed that it will reach by **th Apr-****. it is untrusted ,what you commit to the customer & what you deliver to the customer.
My Washing Machine: is also not working now while it was working in Noida.
As you committed that my goods will come through separate container while it came with sharing container.
My HHG was loaded from Noida on Truck no: HR** AG**** While received truck no: TS** UB****. This is not fare.
I paid total amount (Rs. ***** including Rs.**** Insurance) in one go i think that was my mistake. I trust you on your name as Agarwal packers & movers due to which I paid all the amount in one go but should not be trust.
I discussed with your team member Mr. Sanjeev they have committed all the things to me about the delivery of goods but not they are not taking any responsibility for delay & other thinks like sharing or separate container delivery.
We are requesting you to refund my amount why you have send it in sharing container.
If you have send it in same container then how My * plastic chair is missing & truck container no is changed.
