I took service from Meghna Packer n Movers for shifting * Sofas (* seater + single seater+single seater) from bangalore to Gandhidham. I paid INR ***** for shifting charges to Meghna Packer and Movers for this. On Arrival, we found that one of the sofa (single seater) was missing so we refused to sign the delivery receipt .I call the company again to inform and they asked us to not accept the delivery and promised that they will deliver all * sofa soon. It is almost one month they are not giving any positive respond. They asked for multiple timelines but delivery has not been done yet. They are not responding to my calls also. I have all call recordings, bills and videos. Would like to take a legal action against company. Need to send them a legal notice.
