This is to bring to your kind perusal that
I had purchased a hearing aid from Amazon on *th August worth ₹***** Siemens Silk *px CIC click-on....** channels pair....* hearing aids.
Again on *th August I had purchased Siemens SINGLE ear hearing aid worth ₹****
We had decided to recalibrate the ₹***** one and return the other hearing aids that I had ordered
But as there was no option of recalibration.....I had to return it.....
Now both the items were to be return picked up.....on **th August.....I was not supposed to courier the ₹***** product as it's Return pick up was arranged by the seller
Both the return pick up were scheduled on the same day
when the Amazon Return Pickup Boy had come....he took the WRONG PARCEL..... instead of taking the ₹**** parcel....he took ₹***** Parcel on
**th August.
The other ₹**** Siemens hearing aid is still with me...
Who's ever mistake is there....I had raised the complaint..... when I came to know....when the other pick up agent had come and he checked the parcel....and informed us that the other pick up.... without checking....had taken the parcel
(I would like to ask you....if I buy a mobile from Amazon and if there is some problem with the device....if a return pick up is scheduled....but instead of the mobile if I return to some stones weighing the same....will it be acceptable for you....if the pick up agent doesn't check what he is supposed to pick up)
I had raised the complaint again and again with Amazon.... the problem could not be resolved

If WRONG PRODUCT WAS PICKED-UP.....I HAD RAISED THE COMPLAINT....WHY DIDN'T THEY STOP THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT.... AND RETURN IT BACK TO ME
The Amazon pickup agent has taken the parcel.
The parcel is still with Amazon.... AMAZON TEAM MUST COMMUNICATE WITH THE DELIVERY AGENT AND CONFIRM WHERE DID HE DELIVER THE PARCEL
It's been a Month now.....
It got converted into MENTAL HARASSMENT....I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS FROM AMAZON....
The pickup agent had taken the parcel on **th....I have been contacting the customer care executive continuous since then.... BUT TO MY SURPRISE , whenever I used to call the AMAZON TEAM ,
THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT WHICH PRODUCT I was COMPLAINING ABOUT.... THAT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE.
PLEASE INITIATE MY REFUND .
I had paid for this Product on *th August .
I NEED TO KNOW THE STATUS OF MY REFUND
I have Faith in Amazon ..... Please do not let me down!

*) Amazon Pickup Agent took the WRONG PARCEL
*)They didn't stop the delivery of the Product
*) The parcel got delivered to Today Deal Offer seller

*) HOW CAN HE RECEIVE A PRODUCT WHICH IS STILL WITH ME....it was scheduled to be return Picked-up but but the pickup agent took the WRONG PARCEL...
*) Again I got a mail from the Seller saying that he DOESN'T have Siemens Signia Silk *px in stock.
**) I am sending you a voice call recording with the Seller....in which he is telling me that he has
one SILK *px in stock.
Again he lied.
**) I WANT TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE
THAT THE SELLER IS HAVING TWO AMAZON ACCOUNTS

and he would check with the return parcels if he has received any wrong product !
I got a mail from the seller named TODAY DEAL OFFER.... NAUSHAD HEARING AID
through Amazon Saying that he has received the RIGHT PARCEL with ₹**** RUN UP * CHANNEL HEARING AID.....WHAT A LIER....HOW CAN HE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT THAT IS STILL WITH ME
Even after raising the Complaint again and again.... no-one had come to take the parcel which is with me
I HAVE ATTACHED THE EMAILS THAT I HAD RECEIVED FROM THE SELLER....HE IS LYING....THE PRODUCT HE IS SAYING THAT HE HAS RECEIVED HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP .....ITS WITH ME..... AND HE IS SAYING THAT HE HAS RECEIVED IT..... PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THE SELLER ......IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND THAT HE HAS RECEIVED ₹***** PRODUCT

NOW HE DOESN'T WANT TO RETURN IT ..... PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE SELLER
NOW WHEN I CONTACTED HIM .....HE IS SAYING THAT HE HAS SILK *px ** Channel Hearing Aid but it's not mine .....it belongs to him
I WANT MY REFUND ₹*****.....ITS BEEN ** DAYS NOW....I AM ONLY PROVIDED WITH DIFFERENT TICKET NUMBERS
PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
