i did not get till today my certificate and when I searched reason for the delay of getting my certificate i found out that my local post office person lost my csir net jrf certificate. thank you

My shipment has been not delivered from last ** days and India post is sending to the wrong post office location and doesn't even care to answer my queries. I am feeling completely hopeless. Pls help
