It's been * month since i have lodge complain ,but no action has as so far been taken for remedy.i have sent many mails to boat's reverse pick up courier partner 'delhivery' regarding my boat neckband (where it has gone?) they too are not helding themselve responsible for lost of neckband.
I haven't used the 'boat *** v* active black neckband' for complete * month and it get defected.Boat is a brand that means 'faith'.
I hope you will take remedial action or refund my amount.
