Dtdc Madinaguda - Package items missing

On **th of Aug my daughter in law from Hyderabad have parcel few things from DTDC Madinaguda beside bata branch (branch owner name Shiva (pH: +************)
So on Aug **th the parcel has delivered to us to our surprise we opened the package half of the items are missing my daughter in law shared a bill copy in which the weight was *kgs *** gms which they charged us Rs *** now when we called the branch owner he is least bothered even we went there but the person was not even concerned about the customers pain I'm sure that he robbed the items he's a cheater and also my daughter in law told there was a lady who packed the box that day we had doubt on these members please rectify our problem as soon as possible because those items are very valuable to us thanking you !
