Envogue Styles Global LLP - Package is unable to return

I ordered this jumpsuit from Savana platform and recieved it with Plastic Tag and without any seal. Due to size and quality issue I want to return the order. But while returning it the customer care service and delivery partners mentioned that seal should have been there. There was no seal when I recieved the order than I dont know from where should I provide them that seal.
