I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my order placed on March **, ****, for two pairs of pants and two shirts, totaling ₹*,***.**.
My order was scheduled for delivery on March **, but the items had not even been shipped by that date. After multiple failed attempts to reach your team, I finally spoke with a staff member named Vidyasagar. I was informed that the items were out of stock with no clear timeline for restocking.
Because of this, I requested an immediate cancellation, which was processed. I was assured that my refund would be credited within * to * working days. However, I still have not received my money. Furthermore, my recent calls and messages are being ignored.
Please process my refund of ₹*,***.** immediately. If I do not receive a confirmation or the funds within the next ** hours
