Nedmeds - Package is not sealed pack and damaged

I ordered Curlz F from Nedmeds. Delivery date was **/**/** but after repeated emails it was delivered on **/**/**. It was a lotion (liquid). It was not sealed pack and half of the lotion has leaked already before delivering.The lotion was also adulterate as it was not sealed pack. I repeatedly emailed about this but there was no response. I finally complained to their customer executive on **/**/**. I was assured that the product will be replaced . No delivery guy came to pick the product. I again called on their customer care no. I was again assured of it but same thing happed. No one came. They are risking patients life by altering the medicine and providing dublicate medicine. They do not even bother to provide medicine in seal pack. Order id- ****************M
