Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the non-delivery of my consignment with Tracking/Consignment Number: KUR**********
As per your tracking portal, the latest status shows “Despatched to Gurgaon on Aug **th but even as of November *th **** the parcel has still not been delivered to the destination.
The detailed tracking history shows that the parcel has already reached Delhi and was forwarded to Gurgaon yet there has been no further update or delivery confirmation. It has been over ten days since dispatch, which is far beyond the expected delivery time for this route. Then I visited directly to the office on sep *st week they told me that will check and update on my courier status . After followed one week they called me and said that your courier has been missed by our delivery person.
And they have confirmed we will refund the amount. But still now I haven't get any feedback. Every week I am following and call them they didn't take my call. Today I called their senior person who had confirmed about my refund . Today he said that we can't give courier bill amount ,if you submitted the invoice of product will try.
And he didn't give any proper response to me .
Please look into this matter urgently and provide a clear update on:

*. The reason for the delay.- They missed my courier and in portal they updated courier has been delivered.
