www myflowergift com - Package is not delivred

i order choclates from my flowergift.com website.
They informed me its should be deliver on same day that is **/**/**** and on that day i send him message they doesn't reply.
so i send email and start to continue chat on whats app. when i told this issue they quit from chatting and doesnt reply.
for the mail they send reply that they cannot send to my location and they cant delivered the product. when i ask about my Refund they doesn't reply....
