purchased GOBOULT W** (Pine Green) earbuds from Flipkart on ** September ****. One earbud stopped charging and stopped working on * June ****. I contacted Boult customer support, and they asked me to send the product for repair/replacement. I submitted the earbuds on * June ****. However, even after * days, I have not received any update regarding the repair status or return of the product. My attempts to get information have not received a satisfactory response. I request Boult to provide an immediate update and resolve this issue at the earliest.
