Mobilemyntra - Package is not delivered

I have ordered backpack worth ***/- in Sept.** Today's date id ** Nov-****, till now i did not received my package. The did not respond on the phone. Dont have any ideas where the package is. I have been cheated by getting some offers on my mobile by them. They send that after purchase of the product they will provide laptop of worth *****/-. Now the scenario is that i did not receive my product as well as offers.
