professional courrier Guwahati - Package is not delivered since more than a month

My Supplier had sent parcel of fresh black turmeric seeds (** KG) for plantation on *rd August from Guwahati Professional courrier. Tracking Id-GAU******* for delivery to Mundagod Karantaka. This parcel has yet not delivered by Professional courrier. After continues followup for last three weeks with Booking office, regional manager, Banagalore office, Haveri Office, Parcel is not tracable and they keep on giving me different number and asked to followup with them. Parcel is still not delivered and looks like it got misplaced i transit. Also material might have been spoiled till date as its fresh seeds for plantation costing *****. It was loss to me. would like to get my money back as Supplier will not give my money back
