I have ordered a laptop for Rupees **,*** and also paid an **% GST of Rupees **,*** when they asked. They said they will dispatch the product the same day but later were postponing saying the dispatch is going through technical problems and later they said the product is damaged and I can get a better laptop from them if I pay rupees **,*** more. When I asked them to cancel my order and asked for refund, they said its not possible as the order is under process and I cant receive refund. In total I paid them Rupees **,*** and then GST of Rupees **,*** equaling to total of Rupees **,*** and now they are asking Rupees **,*** more for the dispatch to be done.
