Delivery Direct - Package is delaying every day and not delivered on time and no one helping me out

I ordered a curiour service through delivery direct to sent the package in the same state they picked up the package on *th of October and gives the date to delived on **th of October but the package is on the same place from *th of October to **th of October and still not moved or shipped and the coustomer care only saying that shipment will move in ** hours from **th of October and did not doing anything and package is still on the same place this package is really important for me to deliver as soon as possible please help me out
