KERRY INDEV EXPRESS and VELEX LOGISTICS - Package intentionally not delivered and marked as refused by me

KERRY INDEV EXPRESS is not lifting their customer care phone numbers and not providing any customer support.

I got several missed calls from an unknown number and when I called the number the person said its a courier which was unexpected and he said that I have to travel to his place to collect which is absurd considering the fact it is not even an expected delivery and when I said I may not be in the address due to the impending SRI RAMA NAVAMI, he said I have to call him personally and request him to get the delivery??????

I asked him why don't you call the person before you travel to the destination, he arrigantly told that he doesn't need to call because he delivers many people-- What is this?
What an entitlement? Worst service from your end? Later I received a message telling I refused the package AWB ********* and that I have to call the numbers **********/**********

Your worst service even gets worse because ********** is not even reachable, and when I called ********** a person lifted the call and he connected some other one who turned out to be the first person who I talked with and he said that I rejected the delivery when in first place he I didn't even see him. His number is ********** , The second person is very careless and despite me calling three times at different times of the day he didn't send the package.

What is this mental harassment and where is my package.

I want to proceed legally for your negligence, careless attitude and harassment if I didn't get an early and meaningful reply
