Quest Tours - Package inclusives changed after reaching destination

Rajasthan package was confirmed with Quest Tours and payment was made as per email confirmation of tour cost details which mentioned that it included breakfast and all sightseeing entry fees. After reaching Rajasthan, all sightseeing charges were borne by us. On being contacted, they agreed to their mistake and asked to give original receipts once the tour is over. After our return and multiple follow ups, they are dodging and ignoring all our emails and calls. Its been a month since we have been chasing them for refunding the entry fee.
