Digi Cable - package in high price

i am a digi cable client ..as per government rule base price is *** with *** free channels but digi cable company charges rs *** base price with same channels...this will be i manage but when i buy channels, digi cable employer says you have to pay for every different channels but channels company like star,sony ,zee these company provide all channels in a package for example star whole channels just for **rs .but digi cable employer says that you are charges for every different channels..
and also i am tried to contact with digi cable but no one recieve call or mail. you also seen lots of ads on tv. tv channels provide in a package....
this is totally corruption ...i am requesting you to please take some action
