Flipcart - Package in broken condition

I purchased food carrier lunch box on **/*, the item was broken. On **/* and item was delivered on **/*. I Lodge complaint defective item to, I pick boy came on **/* and refuse to take on the plea that I have lodged wrong complain. The complaint should be broken item not defective. I tried to contact customer care but no number has been provided in flipkart app. Only chat and email is available. While chatting I requested to arrange call but he simply provided toll free number. After repeated try I contact customer service, on **/* he waisted my ** minutes and all is vain. I again waisted my ** minutes and talk of executive but he failed to sort my problem. To my surprise they cancelled my request stating that it is not as per flipkart policy. Please take appropriate Acton.
