New Bslance Indian Stores - Package from NB online stores not delivered

I placed an order on new balance online stores for proslide kids sandals on *nd Feb. The total amount that was shown was ****.** but they deducted more than the amount shown which was ****.**. Also from that day till today, I haven't received order confirmation in an email. No updates on my order nor any update for any of my messages.
I'm sure this looks to be a fraudulent transaction. And there is no answer for any of our queries
Kindly help me get a refund of my money
