On August **th, I ordered four chocolates from the website 'www.ditchtheguilt.fit' (Order no. *****) while in Hyderabad. Since then, I have not received any updates about my order. I tried to contact them using the phone number listed on their website, but it is not working. I wanted to surprise my wife with these unique chocolates, and it has been distressing not to hear anything from them for so long.
After searching the internet to verify the authenticity of their company, I realized I may have been defrauded, and I feel like I have lost my hard-earned money. Receiving a refund would bring me some relief and help ease the anxiety I have experienced while waiting for their package.
