I had ordered cozy weave towels set of * on order number on #LM****** on *nd April **** but I haven't received the order yet but instead received email that the order was delivered on OTP basis .
I have raised complaints on phone anc emails to the artment and Mr prahar and Mr Ankur shunted stating that they would escalate this issue with the courier agency and revert within ** hours .I have been trying hard to get this resolved but in vain .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
