Tele Brands - Package empty.

Sir one day tele brands person call me that mobile phone red me not * pro is given to you amt **** do you take this i said yes.so he ask my address i given her. Mobile recd ranikhet chaubattia post office pin *****. My wife reached there and recd package after pay above said amt. Package open at the post office in the presence of post office staff but package was empy. Then i complaint to tele brands office he said ok send package photo then i share the photo of package. He said again i am sending your phone. After two days i asked him you sent my mobile he said no there is no agent so i refund your money through Paytm then i gave Paytm number ok i am sending but he did not send money. Now he is not picking my call. So i Request to you help me.
