I purchased the NIACL prime test series which includes insurance knowledge ebook along with test series. I bought the product which was available in my ebook section on ** Feb ****. But I have not received it yet. I tried to contact them by customer care number but they did not pick up the phone and I opened tickets that also was not taken care of.
