amazon and deck up furnitures - Package different then described on site

I purchased a dining from amazon through seller deck up furniture. The color of dining fabric was grey instead of black as seller mentioned and also material of the fabric was not written, and it is of very low quality. When i asked for a return and refund seller denied, so i filed and a-z complain through amazon and ironically amazon also denied to give my refund and said we wont change our decision. So i would like to complain against both of them simultaneously
