price less closet - Package different than described

I ordered an item through online from the account called price_less_shopping_***(price less closet) in instagram and got the product delivered and paid the amount through google pay, but the product I got was different(that is an old torn piece of some saree) I contacted the instagram account within * days, as they described as return guaranteed within * to * days, but they didn't reply. So please help me get the refund or the exchange of the right item.
