Fnp Events And Weddings Private Limited - Package didn t delivered

The order was placed on **th April, the same was supposed to deliver on **th April. After so many follow ups there was no luck on delivering the product. However suddenly I was checking the app on **th to find out the status of the product. It says, cancelled. Upon checking with FnP they mentioned that they tried calling the recipient however due to unavailability they could not deliver at first attempt. After that there was no delivery attempted n they cancelled the order without informing me or calling me for the same. When I told them to refund they refused. This is second time they had done this. We don’t expect this kind of unprofessional behaviour from a reputed Company like FnP. Request if u can look into the matter n refund the same.
