I am a seller who uses shiprocket to deliver my product pan India. I used Xpressbee logistics service to deliever it to a town in Jharkhand and after the product reached the destination hub. It wasn't delivered for two days and then they start showing constraint issues at destination hub when I tracked the product and then after a week when I reached their customer support, they told me that the order was destroyed and spilled. I had packed the package so well that it cannot be spilled or destroyed without the carelessness of the logistics partner.
