Pace international courier - Package delivered to wrong address

Pace international courier is providing me false information and making fool of me from * months
They delivered the package to the wrong address and to the wrong person
And now they are not retrieving it.
Package had to be delivered to U.S.A but it was delivered to Canada through DHL
it is their mistake because pace international courier provided them with the wrong address. But how could they delivered to wrong person now I am asking them to retrieve the package from more then two months but they are taking it for granted.
The package contains one handmade pashmina embroidery shawl...
They have frustrated me
Please take legal action against pace international courier..
