Expressbee - Package delivered to Some random person on ghe road

above is my complain details.. so I had ordered from Max fashion. the delivery status in my application showed delivered untill which I din know, when I called Max... they told it's been delivered. and I called the shipping company which is Expressbees... they also mentioned it's been delivered.

later when I got the number of the delivery agent, he told... he was waiting for my cl to get connected which did not... so gave the package to someone randomly on the road... who told they know me..

I think it's a clear negligence from ExpressBees agent .. without knowing who the person is , without having a proper communication , without my signature on the delivery status ,how can he just hand over the package to some random person.
later he had the audacity to even speak to me in a Higher tone also. he asked me to give complain also.. but he delivered that's his job. he can't do anything.


I would want a clear explanation and want to file a case against express bees on the above issue. Also would appreciate if you can help me with the refund of my order.
