I have ordered only one medicine using the apollo pharmacy mobile app.
They asked for prescription.
Order got placed.
But next day morning, there is one new order created automatically, with all medicines in the prescription and it got delivered. They took the COD option and took the amount from my MOM and delivered the medicines.
When i reach for return request , they are rejecting the return request. Saying the return request cannot processed. I called the helpdesk many times. But no use.
I'm planning to do the legal complaint against apollo Pharmacy.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
