I have ordered Baby Pink Party wear Gown on **.**.**** on crazendemand having order id ****-****** and paid online Rs.***/- for the same. But the product I have received from them on **.**.**** is unstitched, damaged, peach colour and is of a poor quality product. I tried to call on the number mentioned on the website so many times but the number is not reachable always and also have sent them a mail on the email id mentioned on the website thrice but no revert till now got from their side. Though they claim that in case of the damaged product they will refund the whole money and also will send the reply to our emails within ** hrs and it's been * days I have not received any revert from their side. Kindly help and arrange in refunding my money from them.
