I had order a silver jewellery from online vendor .The parcel was received in open condition and content missing .I have returned the parcel and raised the complaint against Professional courier -kempapura -Bangalore ****** branch . the branch say they have received the courier in open condition and weight is also recorded . The parcel is tarnished during transit and now professional courier has to resolve this
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
