I regret to say that the service I’ve received has been unacceptable. A month ago, I sent a courier to London, paying thousands in fees as required. The parcel arrived completely broken. Despite reaching out via email, it has now been over ** days without any response. When I called the team, they were rude and dismissed all my inquiries without offering any solutions. This level of service is intolerable, and I expect immediate action.
