To whom it may concern,
I have relocated from Pune, Maharashtra to Kangra Himachal Pradesh. I appointed SRS Logistics and Relocation company to move my household belongings. Company has taken ***** to relocate my household belongings. Upon delivery they asked to pay remaining **% charges without that they were not giving delivery. After they took payment again charged me for delivery and labour charges extra Rs. **** promising to return this amount. * boxes of clothing is missing, most of the items were damaged, washing machine is broken, petrol stolen from bike, kids bicycle damaged. I have shared all damaged items photos and now they are not responding to calls and WhatsApp.
