Punayaa.com - Package delivered but they are not taking return and giving a refund

My mom had ordered from punayaa.com. Since she was not satisfied with the product, we requested for a return but the customer care executive tried to dupe us again by making me pay more on Google pay app saying that the amount will get refunded if you click on the link which said pay more.
Further upon confronting him. The executives resorted to foul language. The order was COD and the order amount was ****. The same website goes by the name of peenar.com with the GST registration showing the company based out of Surat at the empire building with the legal company name as Puranje. Their customer care numbers which have been using foul language are **********, ***********. The name of the executive as told by him was Rajpal.
