Cell Mart Global Customized phones - package delivered but send different product

I have ordered iphone se (black) on **th february ****, it was delivered on **th february but they have cheated me with i kall K***. I have complain in ********** , the watsaap number given by the company. They recieved the call and said they will resolve the issue within ** hours and also courier will come and take the product and later they will do replacement. i have waited but till today courier did not come. Today that number replied me by saying they will not refund nor do replacement and have blocked my number. Please help to get back my money.
