The high hub mumbai - Package delivered but product is not working

We ordered a apple air pod worth rs. ****/- , we recieved it in time. We checked the parcel as soon as we recived it and we got know that the product was used before and right side piece of the air pod is not working. Hence, we tried to contact the person on whatsapp and other social media like face book and instagram, he didnt have any courtesy to reply instead he blocked me from all these. Now we want want money back but this person mr. Mehta is not responding. Please look into this.
