www.flowergift.com - Package delivered but not the same product

I already complained about the online site www.myflowergift.com. And the complaint is they didn't delivered the product. But they issued a credit note against that order and they delivered the product. But the problem is I paid *** for Black Current premium quality cake and *** extra for delivery charge but they delivered an extreme low quality cake and they named it as vanila cake. But actually I don't know what they delivered. I ashamed in front of my friends. And I lost my all at that time. I call them. I lady take the call that time I told this issue but they cut the call and did not give any reply. I attached the image of cake I received for **** rupees.
